Prior to working as a victim's rights attorney, Jason received extensive training and experience in the legal field. Jason earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland in Criminology and Criminal Justice. He served as a consultant for criminal defense attorney Roy Black, Esq. and was subsequently retained as an attorney. Jason also worked with the prestigious Washington, D.C. law firm of Stier, Anderson and Malone, LLP on a complex Federal Racketeer Influenced & Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act case.

Jason is a graduate of University of Miami School of Law where he was a member of the international legal honor society, Phi Delta Phi. He is currently an attorney with Bernstein and Maryanoff, LLC and represents clients throughout the United States.
