Prior to founding the Law Offices of Jason Turchin, Jason earned his Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland. He received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a member of the international legal honor society, Phi Delta Phi.

His extensive early legal training includes serving as a consultant and attorney for prominent criminal defense attorney Roy Black, Esq., as well as working with the Washington, D.C. law firm of Stier, Anderson and Malone, LLP on a complex Federal Racketeer Influenced & Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act case. He subsequently served as a lead attorney with Bernstein and Maryanoff, LLC for over six years before opening his own nationwide practice.
